Update On The Weather
August 06, 2005

My neighbours now anticipate rain as much as I am. Each time it rains they see me rushing outside wearing nothing but a camera dangling from my neck. Their fingers are probably itching to call the cops … or the madhouse.
This Thursday it rained again. As soon as the first drops hit the ground, I stripped and grabbed my camera. My neighbours lowered their blinds — after all, they have small children. The rain was warm and fulfilling. Water dripped on my back and my thighs as I snapped one terrible picture after another. It’s hard to take pictures of yourself in the rain.
This all started with Megan’s naked excursion into her yard when it rained. I followed suit, spindriftdancer did it too, and now we have a whole flickr group celebrating dancing in the rain.
Grab your cameras, everyone! And pray for thunderstorms!
