Some calls are funny. “My computer freezes up each time I google for diabetes sites,” she said. “Umm … right,” I said. “Diabetes sites.”

Other calls are just nasty. I spent several hours today explaining to a Panamanian that his password is really his. I was flailing my arms and shit. It was pretty great.
