I Am Canadian Culture
April 06, 2006
Yesterday’s postman brought me good news — my book is now part of the Library and Archives of Canada, the monolith whose mandate is “to preserve the documentary heritage of Canada for the benefit of present and future generations.”
So check it out — I’m being preserved!
And if you’d also like to preserve my book in your library, you can still pay me money and I’ll send you a copy. How exciting is that?!
Posted by Tudor at 12:06 PM in Various Positions | TrackBacki got your book in my mailbox the other day. i read it. i liked it. you’re very poetic. you should write another one.
Posted by: karen on April 06, 2006 at 10:03 PMWow! That only took forever to arrive (I think I mailed it three weeks ago). Go Canada Post!
I’m glad you liked it — I will write you another one :)
Posted by: Tudor on April 06, 2006 at 11:15 PMDid you know that your local library *might* accept one as a donation?(: I don’t know what bits of you we get to see, but it’s possible. I mean, hey, they had that Madonna book, so why not you?;P
